project44 Employee Spotlight Award

  Employee-Spotlight

An employee spotlight is a new series at project44 that honors team members who have gone above and beyond in fulfilling our five core values – Obsess Over the Customer, Share the Wheel, Practice Real Talk, Roll Up Their Sleeves and Actions Live Up to Words. Nominations are submitted by fellow peers and carefully considered before being announced at our company-wide Town Hall’ meetings each month.

Our latest Employee Spotlight goes to Recruitment Coordinator, Chloe Reisenberg. Chloe’s positive attitude and willingness to roll up her sleeves to help her colleagues makes her an amazing asset to candidates, new hires, and the entire project44 team.

Please join us in celebrating her win and keep reading to learn more about Chloe!

P44: What is your role at project44 and how long have you been working here?

CR: My role at project44 is as a Recruiting Coordinator. I worked as the People Intern this past summer and started full-time in October 2020.

P44: Briefly describe your responsibilities and how you help our team and/or clients.

CR: I am lucky that I have a diverse role that allows me to speak with new hires from their first interview to their first day. I work sourcing candidates, then scheduling them for various interviews, and finally onboarding new hires once they sign their offer letter. I enjoy leading candidates through the entire process to become an employee at project44. I also get to work a lot with the culture committee and other areas of HR assisting wherever possible.

P44: How would you describe project44’s culture?

CR: I have only worked at project44 as a remote employee, but I have loved getting to know everyone through the Culture Committee, Breakfast Club, and other remote events. Project44’s culture is vibrant, and I have heard it is even more so when we are not working from home. I think the best part is that anyone can suggest an event idea and we will make it happen! You can really make your mark on the culture of project44.

P44: What do you love most about working at project44?

CR: I love many things about project44, but the people are the absolute best! I enjoy that through recruiting I can bring in other amazing individuals that will contribute to the project44.

P44: What does rolling up your sleeves’ mean to you?

CR: Rolling up my sleeves’ means being ready to help others whenever possible. Project44 is a place where everything moves at light-speed, so we all need help sometimes to move at that fast of a pace. I like to be there for others so we can be the best team possible and accomplish what needs to be done.

P44: If you could offer one piece of wisdom for new hires coming to project44, what would it be?

CR: Be ready to make an impact. You are going to face many challenges, but project44 allows you to grow and see the importance of your voice and work. No matter what your title is at project44, you will be playing an important role that will allow the company to succeed because we can’t do it without each other.

Congratulations, Chloe! Thank you for all that you do.
