Subprocesadores de project44 <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

1. Alcance <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This documentation describes the Sub-processors and certain other entities material to the services listed in the Sub-processors Tables below (collectively, for the purposes of this document only, the\u202f\u200b\u201cServices\u201d). Capitalized terms used in this documentation are defined in\u202fP44\u2019s\u202fMSA\u202fand\/\u200bor Data Processing Addendum and\/\u200bor any agreement made between\u202fP44\u202fand Customer, referencing this documentation. Many of the Services are fully or partly hosted on third-party infrastructures that operate as\u202fP44\u2019s Sub-processors. This Sub-processor documentation was last updated on January 6,\u202f2025.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si un Servicio incluye caracter\u00edsticas que se ejecutan en m\u00faltiples infraestructuras utilizando diferentes Subprocesadores o alojadas en diferentes ubicaciones, la Tabla de Subprocesadores enumerar\u00e1 cada infraestructura involucrada en la ejecuci\u00f3n del Servicio como una fila separada del \u00abprop\u00f3sito del procesamiento\u00bb que detalla c\u00f3mo y para qu\u00e9 caracter\u00edsticas se utiliza cada\u00a0infraestructura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Notificaciones de los Subprocesadores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Los clientes de P44 pueden suscribirse a las notificaciones de nuevos Subprocesadores para aquellos Servicios para los que el Cliente tiene una suscripci\u00f3n activa\u00a0en\u00a0ese\u00a0momento rellenando\u00a0este formulario<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Subprocesadores que almacenan datos\u00a0de\u00a0clientes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Los Servicios m\u00faltiples ofrecen m\u00faltiples ubicaciones alternativas para procesar y\/o almacenar Datos\u00a0del\u00a0cliente.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Cliente puede solicitar tener Datos del cliente para un\u00a0Servicio o funci\u00f3n alojados en una regi\u00f3n diferente, que puede acomodarse, sujeto a la disponibilidad. Adem\u00e1s, si los Datos del cliente est\u00e1n alojados en una regi\u00f3n diferente para un Servicio, esto tambi\u00e9n puede afectar d\u00f3nde se alojan los Datos del cliente en otros servicios relacionados. Si el Cliente tiene alguna pregunta sobre d\u00f3nde se almacenan los Datos del cliente que esta documentaci\u00f3n no responde, p\u00f3ngase en contacto con el soporte\u00a0al\u00a0cliente de\u00a0P44.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n
