L&rsquo;entreprise se distingue par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019arrangements floraux dans des bo\u00eetes personnalis\u00e9es, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les fleurs tout en offrant une exp\u00e9rience de d\u00e9ballage unique, accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019instructions pour la conservation des bouquets et l\u2019entretien des plantes. Sa plus grande difficult\u00e9 \u00e9tait de conna\u00eetre la localisation de toutes ses exp\u00e9ditions en temps r\u00e9el pour garantir une livraison ponctuelle. 95\u00a0% des commandes d&rsquo;UrbanStems \u00e9tant des cadeaux, ainsi que des articles p\u00e9rissables et fragiles, il \u00e9tait crucial pour l&rsquo;entreprise de respecter ses engagements de livraison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La t\u00e2che \u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement ardue pendant les p\u00e9riodes de forte affluence, comme la Saint-Valentin. Un bouquet de Saint-Valentin arriv\u00e9 fl\u00e9tri le 15\u00a0f\u00e9vrier pourrait mettre les exp\u00e9diteurs en mauvaise posture et les dissuader de commander \u00e0 nouveau chez UrbanStems. Avant project44, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;UrbanStems g\u00e9n\u00e9rait un rapport quotidien pour identifier les exp\u00e9ditions non livr\u00e9es de la veille. Les \u00e9quipes Logistique et Service Client ont collabor\u00e9 pour choisir et mettre en \u0153uvre la technologie qui aurait l\u2019impact le plus significatif sur l&rsquo;entreprise. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe Logistique a opt\u00e9 pour la fonctionnalit\u00e9 Recover afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 en transit et d&rsquo;une gestion des exceptions, et pour Discover afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des rapports en temps r\u00e9el \u00e0 travers son r\u00e9seau. Le Service Client a choisi Engage pour ses capacit\u00e9s de communication avanc\u00e9es, dans le but de r\u00e9duire les appels co\u00fbteux et chronophages des clients.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.getconvey.com\/book-a-demo\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 project44, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;UrbanStems peut d\u00e9sormais visualiser toutes les exp\u00e9ditions dont la livraison est pr\u00e9vue en retard et contacter les clients avant qu&rsquo;ils ne soient au courant du probl\u00e8me. Ce nouveau processus permet m\u00eame aux nouveaux membres du Service Client de v\u00e9rifier le statut des exp\u00e9ditions en retard et d\u2019entrer en contact avec les clients \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle en moins d&rsquo;une heure, via la plateforme project44. Il en r\u00e9sulte une <strong>\u00e9conomie de co\u00fbts de 85\u00a0%<\/strong> et une <strong>r\u00e9duction de 75\u00a0% des heures de travail du personnel<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>project44 a permis \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;envoyer des alertes pour rassurer les clients pour lesquels un retard de livraison est anticip\u00e9, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les appels et les e-mails WISMO. Ces alertes sont porteuses de certitude en p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;incertitude. En comparant les f\u00eates des M\u00e8res 2019 et 2020, UrbanStems a constat\u00e9 une <strong>diminution de 63\u00a0% des plaintes des clients<\/strong> concernant des retards de livraison, malgr\u00e9 une croissance massive des ventes d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;autre et des d\u00e9lais de livraison prolong\u00e9s en raison des probl\u00e8mes de transport li\u00e9s \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie. L&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9galement not\u00e9 que les clients \u00e9taient moins m\u00e9contents en cas de retard de livraison, puisqu\u2019ils en \u00e9taient inform\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance, ce qui a renforc\u00e9 leur fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 la marque et leur volont\u00e9 de repasser commande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simultan\u00e9ment, UrbanStems s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur project44 pour obtenir une visibilit\u00e9 sur toutes les exp\u00e9ditions en transit, quel que soit le transporteur. D\u00e9sormais capables d&rsquo;identifier les probl\u00e8mes au sein de leur r\u00e9seau de transporteurs, les \u00e9quipes Logistique et Service Client peuvent <strong>d\u00e9sormais prendre leurs
