Des ports tels que New York\/New Jersey et Savannah sont essentiels pour le commerce avec l&rsquo;Europe et l&rsquo;Asie. <\/p>\n\n<p>Beaucoup de ces importations sont destin\u00e9es aux march\u00e9s de d\u00e9tail de la c\u00f4te Est et du Midwest. <\/p>\n\n<p><em>Industrie automobile\u00a0:<\/em> <\/p>\n\n<p>Environ 30 \u00e0 35\u00a0% des importations et des exportations automobiles des \u00c9tats-Unis transitent par les ports de la c\u00f4te est, notamment les voitures et les pi\u00e8ces en provenance d&rsquo;Europe.
