Founded
Started by a 3PL operator who knew the problem from the inside. Early customers included Worldwide Express, BlueGrace and DSV. All are still customers today.
2015–18
The network compounds
The carrier network and multimodal data graph build out across every mode and region.

project44 and LSP44 split into two businesses on one shared data and carrier network: project44 as the Decision Intelligence Platform for shippers, LSP44 as the AI infrastructure logistics providers build on.

Our two companies
project44 and LSP44: two companies, one backbone
Shippers and logistics providers don’t buy the same thing. So we stopped asking one product to be both.
project44 is the Decision Intelligence Platform built for shippers: transportation management, visibility, yard management, and last mile, all in one place.
LSP44 is built for the other side of supply chain: the 3PLs, freight forwarders, and brokers who move that freight. Instead of a platform you log into, LSP44 is infrastructure you build on. LSPs plug our carrier network, data, and AI agents straight into their own systems, under their own brand, so their customers never see project44 or LSP44 at all. They just see a better logistics provider.
Same data. Same carrier network. Two different companies, built for two different buyers.
This isn’t project44 branching out. It’s the opposite. project44 started in 2014 serving LSPs like Worldwide Express, BlueGrace, and DSV. LSP44 is that original business, sharpened and rebuilt with AI, now running under its own name.
