RCA takes the guesswork out of diagnosing and fixing tracking issues by showing carriers where tracking is failing and how to fix it.

Driver-Initiated Shipments
Typically, shippers need an equipment identifier or driver phone number to successfully track a shipment with project44. But for carriers, providing this identifier can be a challenge, or even in some situations, impossible.
The latest DriveView enhancement enables drivers to initiate shipments with only a shipment ID, such as a BOL#. Simply open the app, enter the shipment identifier from your customer, claim the load, and initiate tracking. As with all shipments tracked with DriveView, tracking will automatically stop once you arrive at your destination and complete the delivery.
This new capability is ideal for tracking spot, subcontracted, and dray loads when driver phone numbers are unknown prior to pickup.
