project44 Sub-Processors 

1. Scope 

This documentation describes the Sub-processors and certain other entities material to the services listed in the Sub-processors Tables below (collectively, for the purposes of this document only, the ​“Services”). Capitalized terms used in this documentation are defined in P44’s MSA and/​or Data Processing Addendum and/​or any agreement made between P44 and Customer, referencing this documentation. Many of the Services are fully or partly hosted on third-party infrastructures that operate as P44’s Sub-processors. This Sub-processor documentation was last updated on January 6, 2025.  

If a Service includes features which run across multiple infrastructures using different Sub-processors or hosted in different locations, the Sub-processors Table will list each infrastructure involved in running the Service as a separate ​“purpose of processing” row detailing how, and for what features, each infrastructure is used. 

2. Sub-processor Notifications

P44 Customers may subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for those Services for which Customer has a then-current active subscription by filling out this form. 

3. Sub-processors Storing Customer Data  

Multiple Services offer multiple alternative locations to process and/​or store Customer Data. 

Customer may request to have Customer Data for a Service or feature hosted in a different region, which may be accommodated, subject to availability. Further, if Customer Data is hosted in a different region for one Service, this may also affect where Customer Data is hosted in other related services. If Customer has any questions about where Customer Data is stored that this documentation does not answer, please contact P44’s customer support.  

In addition to the locations identified in the below Sub-processors tables, P44 may store across its processing locations identifying information about Customers’ instance(s) and identifying information about Users for the purpose of operating the Services, such as facilitating the login process and the provision of customer support. 

4. Related Services

P44 offers software services used by P44 Customers across a variety of industries and businesses. The P44 Services consists of different types of products and services, which P44 individually references as ​‘SKUs’. The Sub-processors Tables list the Sub-processors involved in processing related to the SKUs in general and where relevant specific Sub-processors undertaking processing activities for individual SKU
